Delete your Strong Coach account

To request that your Strong Coach account and associated data are deleted, email shelby@strongcoach.app from the email address on the account. Put Delete Strong Coach account in the subject line and include your full name and gym if you know it.

We will confirm the request, then:

Delete your app login and the client profile tied to that email (name, email, workout logs, habit check-ins, and in-app notes).
Aim to complete this within 30 days of a verified request.

We may keep, for as long as the gym needs them for coaching or law:

Records your gym created (for example movement-map scores or programming notes) if the gym is still required to keep them.
Backups, until they rotate off, usually within 90 days.

You can also email the same address to ask us to correct or delete specific items (a workout log, a photo, a habit) without closing the whole account.
